Elaine Taule, CEO & President
Elaine Taule is the President and CEO of NMS Management Services, Inc. a full-service consulting company for drug and alcohol testing programs since founded in 1989. Over the past 20 years, Ms. Taule has been assisting employers and schools with drug and alcohol testing program development and implementation. Education of the employer is the key to a successful drug free workplace program and Ms Taule makes every effort to educate the employer in the proper management of the drug and alcohol-testing program. In 2008, Ms. Taule applied for and was awarded the Random Student Drug Testing Grant for the School District of Palm Beach County. This award was provided by the U.S. Department of Education.
Elaine serves on the Board of Directors for DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association). She has received numerous awards including the Crystal Slipper Award in 2001 for Woman Entrepreneur-Trailblazer from NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and the EVIE (Excellence/Values/Integrity/Ethics) Award for Business Person of the Year in 2005.
Dr. Alfredo E. Taule, Vice President of Operations
Dr. Taule is the Clinical Director of NMS Counseling Services. Dr. Taule is a State of Florida licensed mental health therapist, Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). He completed his internship at Hanley Hazelden Center and treated patients with the addiction disease as well as other mental disorders. Dr. Taule is also an Interventionist.
He is a member of the Employee Assistance Program Association along with being a member of the Florida Certification Board. Dr. Taule also sits on the Addiction Advisory Board and is an Oral Exam Evaluator.
Dr. “Al” as he is called by his patients received his certification as an assistant MRO (Medical Review Officer) by DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) He provides therapeutic counseling to employees that test positive for illegal substances. As a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) he treats employees within the Department of Transportation.
Ernesto Matamoros, M.D., Medical Review Officer
Dr. Matamoros has served as the certified Medical Review Officer for NMS since 1996. AAMRO’s certification is based upon the federal requirements developed by the Department of Health and Human Services for federal drug testing programs, and fulfills the requirements of those states requiring certification of Medical Review Officers.
Jennifer Taule, Vice President
Jennifer Taule, Vice President of Marketing, 'grew up' in the insurance and drug testing industry. Her family has owned and operated NMS Management Services, Inc. for the past 25 years. Initially she worked many aspects of the business really learning it from the ground floor. Upon graduation from Florida Atlantic University, armed with her degree and years of experience; propelled NMS to the forefront of the "Paramedical and Drug Testing Industry". Jennifer was awarded the Crystal Slipper Rising Star Award in 1999 and 2007! She was on the NAIFA-Broward Board in 2008. Recently she earned the Salesperson of the Year Award as an ExamOne Affiliate competing against folks worldwide. In addition to overseeing the marketing efforts of the business, Jennifer is involved in the day to day operations of NMS.
Randi Tzikas, Manager, Drug Testing Division
Has been with NMS since 2002. Randi is responsible for all new accounts and the coordination of all random and onsite testing. Randi, oversees the drug testing department including client relations.
Tom Odom, Manager, Life Insurance Division
Tom has been with NMS since 2003. He is in charge of our Life Insurance Division. Tom has worked in the insurance industry for over 28 years. He is responsible for all insurance underwriting and billing. Tom oversees the insurance department.
Stephanie Juergen, Manager, Attending Physician Records
Stephanie has been with NMS since 2004 and is responsible for the retrieval of medical records and HIPAA compliance. Stephanie oversees the APS department.
